Pétalos is often considered the entry-level or regional wine from the winery but it remains one of the most recognisable and widely appreciated expressions of Mencía.
It combines grapes from many small parcels of old vines across the region and offers fresh red fruit, floral aromas, a medium body, balanced acidity, and soft tannins, with gentle oak influence from about 10 months in French barrels.
